In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving regional sales growth and fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory, exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of AEs & SDRs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and training programs to internal and external audiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscapes, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in SAAS sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Ability to travel within the East Coast territory as required.
